Scheduling is like sudoku…sometimes there’s literally ONE solution to the problem.<\/p>\n
Our scheduler has been created from the ground up to support a number of scenarios…from the “perfect” schedule where every team plays every other team once, and plays every week for the duration of the season…to cases where teams need weeks off, suddenly have forfeits, or any number of factors that may contribute to a less than ideal situation.<\/p>\n
One thing we’ve focused on heavily is the 3-team algorithm, where on each play date there are 3 teams playing 3 games, rotating so everyone plays everyone else. A-B, B-C, C-A. Our scheduler properly handles this type of situation and makes sure that the combinations only happen once if that’s what you need.<\/p>\n
